I use Olay age-defying anti-wrinkle daily spf 15 lotion. I wish they had a higher spf but this one works for me. It's reasonably priced, you can find it at any grocery/drug store. Like I said it works pretty well and smells really nice. It is not greasy at all, which for me is the best part.
I've heard from a doctor, an individual needs 15 minutes of sun to absorb their daily requirement of Vitamin D. Bright sunny day or overcast, doesn't matter. Not sure about through a window.

One thing you have also mentioned is ship types etc. this is not ‘skill’ this is just picking and choosing what you fight with and anyone can do that particularly if they have quite a bit of luck.

tell him to go to sunglass hut or some kind of sunglasses store (usually found at malls, not the kiosks but the stores!). there they should have glasses with lenses that will not fog. also they will have pairs of glasses with rubber on the sides by the ears. this will help grip onto his head so they will not fall off.
